Glaze Affiliate Programme Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Glaze Affiliate Programme. Glaze is operated by Raycast Technologies Ltd (“Glaze”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By joining the programme, you agree to these terms.

1. Joining the programme

You must be at least 18 years old and acting in the course of a trade or profession and is not suitable for consumers. You must provide accurate account, payment and tax information.

Participation is subject to our approval. We may accept or reject an application at our discretion.

2. Commission

Unless we agree different terms with you in writing, you will earn 20% of Net Subscription Revenue from each eligible customer for six months from the date of their first paid subscription.

“Net Subscription Revenue” means subscription payments we actually receive, excluding taxes, discounts, refunds, credits, chargebacks and fraudulent payments.

Commission is only earned on genuine subscription payments from new Glaze customers. Free accounts, credit top-ups and other one-off purchases do not qualify.

Any different commission rate, performance tier or earning period must be agreed with us in writing.

3. Eligible customers and attribution

An eligible customer is a new Glaze customer who:

• clicks your unique affiliate link;
• creates a Glaze account; and
• starts a paid subscription within 30 days of that click.

We use first-touch attribution. The first valid affiliate who introduces the customer receives the commission. Attribution is locked when the customer creates their account.

Our tracking records determine attribution. We are not responsible for tracking that fails because cookies are rejected or deleted, the customer changes device or browser, or the affiliate link is changed or incorrectly used.

Affiliate commission and customer referral credits cannot both be earned for the same customer.

4. Payments

Commission is subject to a 30-day validation period following each subscription payment.

The minimum payout threshold is $50, this means that once your total eligible Commissions exceeds or is equal to $50 and the validation period has passed, you will be eligible to receive your payout.

We pay approved commission monthly using the payment method supported by our affiliate platform.

You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations and payment-provider fees relating to your commission.

We may withhold or reverse commission relating to refunds, chargebacks, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, fraud or a breach of these terms.

5. Promotion rules

You must promote Glaze honestly, accurately and in compliance with applicable advertising, consumer protection and disclosure laws.

You must clearly disclose that you may receive commission when sharing an affiliate link.

You must not:

• refer yourself, an account you control or an organisation you own or control;
• create fake, duplicate or misleading accounts;
• use spam, unsolicited messages or deceptive promotions;
• make false claims about Glaze, its capabilities, pricing or offers;
• advertise discounts or coupon codes that we have not authorised;
• bid on “Glaze”, “Raycast” or related brand names or misspellings in paid search;
• use your affiliate link in paid advertising without our written approval;
• use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, misleading redirects or other tracking manipulation;
• place affiliate links on coupon, cashback, piracy, illegal or offensive sites;
• impersonate Glaze, Raycast or our employees;
• register domains, social handles or advertising accounts that could be mistaken for an official Glaze or Raycast property; or
• promote Glaze or its AI services to customers in mainland China or Hong Kong.

A breach of these rules may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of affected unpaid commission.

6. Brand materials

We give you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use approved Glaze names, logos and promotional materials solely to participate in the programme.

You must follow our brand guidelines and stop using our materials when requested or when your participation ends.

You may not modify our logos or suggest that you are employed by, formally represent or are endorsed by Glaze unless we have agreed this in writing.

7. Suspension and termination

You may leave the programme at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, including for inactivity, reputational risk, suspected abuse or breach of these terms.

If we terminate your participation without cause, we will pay valid commission earned before termination once it completes the normal validation period.

If we terminate your participation for fraud, abuse or breach of these terms, we may cancel any unpaid commission associated with that conduct.

8. Changes to the programme

We may change or discontinue the programme, commission rates or these terms.

Any commission changes will apply prospectively and will not reduce commission already validly earned.

If the programme is discontinued, any commission already validly earned will be paid out and no new eligible customer commissions can be earned following the discontinuation date.

9. Independent relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship.

You cannot enter into agreements, make commitments or incur liabilities on our behalf.

10. Liability

The programme is provided without any guarantee of availability, referrals, conversions or earnings.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the programme.

Our total liability relating to the programme will not exceed the commission paid or payable to you during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. General

These terms, together with any written commercial terms we agree with you, form the entire agreement governing your participation in the programme.

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

A delay in enforcing these terms does not waive our right to enforce them later.

You may not transfer your participation or rights without our written consent.

These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
