A decision matrix (Eisenhower grid) for prioritizing a shortlist of to-dos in your life. 4 quadrants for tasks: - Do: urgent + important - Schedule: important + not urgent - Delegate: urgent + not important - Eliminate: not urgent + not important Only 4 tasks per quadrant so you stay focused. Resist your ADHD; finish what you start (even if finishing is just trashing it).
