AppleAI is a private, on-device AI workspace for macOS that brings Apple Intelligence, ChatGPT bridging, file tools, agents, connectors, and productivity workflows into one clean command center. Use Apple’s built-in intelligence for local prompts and system tasks, then switch to the ChatGPT bridge when you want richer answers through your existing ChatGPT app/account. No OpenAI API key is required for the bridge, and free ChatGPT accounts can be used where available. Usage still follows ChatGPT account limits and availability. AppleAI includes a universal converter for PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Markdown, text, images, and web content, plus image optimization, notes, file editing, app/workspace tools, MCP/connectors, agent routing, workflow planning, and a Copilot rail for asking questions while you work. It is designed for people who want a fast Mac-native AI assistant without sending every task through custom API calls.
