Organize every project by status (Todo, In Progress, Blocked/Waiting, Idea/Backlog, Completed) and track its journey through a 5-step phase progress bar. Tag projects with the AI models you're using (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), the apps or platforms involved, tools, and collaborators, with full multi-value support so a project can span several models or apps at once. Each project opens into a full workspace with dedicated tabs for: - Summary: key metadata at a glance - Tasks: with priorities and due dates - Milestones: track major checkpoints - Links & files: attach files, link folders, and open them directly in Finder - Notes & journal: keep a running log of progress and decisions Stay on top of everything with a live KPI dashboard, instant search, combinable filters, drag-to-reorder, a dock badge for blocked/waiting projects, and quick actions like duplicate, delete, and "copy as Markdown." Export and import your entire project library as JSON for backup or migration, and switch between light and dark themes to match your workflow.
