About Alibi

Your calendar is an open invitation. An empty slot reads as "take me". Alibi fills those slots before anyone else does. You set two things: how many hours a week you want for yourself, and which days. Alibi works out the rest. It reads your week and picks the moments where a block will actually protect something, instead of blindly padding your schedule. The blocks are real events in Google Calendar. To everyone else you look busy, because you are. With work. WHAT IT DOES Finds room for uninterrupted work in your week and books it. Declines conflicting invitations, with a message you write yourself. Moves blocks when the week changes, instead of leaving a stale wall of busy. Shows how much time you defended, how much was taken, and which days you keep losing. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO It never sends invitations or notifications to anyone. It never touches events it did not create. It never sends your calendar contents anywhere. Only time ranges are used for planning: no titles, no descriptions, no names. HOW YOU USE IT Two minutes on Monday morning. The rest of the week it sits in the menu bar and stays quiet. Requires a Google account. Automatic declining of conflicting invitations works on Google Workspace accounts. On a personal Gmail account the blocks still hold, just without auto decline.
