About Hanabi

Screen sharing should feel calm before it feels risky. Hanabi is a focused privacy rehearsal where you can practice the moments most likely to expose something private: a sign-in form, a messages workspace, and an unexpected notification. Compare a synthetic presenter workspace with the viewer preview beside it. Narrow, source-independent matte patches replace tagged demo emails, phone numbers, passwords, API keys, and exact private amounts. Revealing one example is always intentional and confirmed. A surprise-notification exercise visibly holds the last safe preview before showing an already-protected banner. Everything is synthetic, local, and in memory: no account, upload, external network request, screen-capture permission, OCR, or stored screen content. Hanabi is a rehearsal and protected-preview demonstrator. It does not alter an existing Zoom, Meet, Teams, or system screen share and does not claim to protect arbitrary live pixels.
