You can export to Apple Notes, Apple Reminders, or a Markdown file, or you can just print it. -Create pantry lists: Pantry Staples, which you always have on hand and don’t want put on your grocery list, and Priority Items, which are things you need to use up soon. Put a date on your priority items if you need to use something before it expires. The meal planning assistant will keep the priority items in mind when making a plan. -Tell the assistant what you don’t want via the File > Exclude List. Allergice to peanuts? Don’t care for cilantro? Put them on the exclude list and the assistant will avoid or caution you about those ingredients. -In the app’s settings, you can change light or dark theme and also make the text size larger.
