Speak a thought, get back to work. You're deep in something and a thought arrives — a question to look up, an idea worth chasing, something you'll forget by lunchtime. Stopping costs you your place. Writing it down just means doing the work later. MindVault takes it by voice and does the work while you carry on. Press the shortcut from any app, say what's on your mind, and go back to what you were doing. It works out what you meant and handles it: Notes are saved and tidied. To-dos become checklists, with due dates if you mentioned one, and can sync to Apple Reminders. Questions get researched against the live web and come back with real sources, a recommendation, and concrete next steps. Ideas get checked against what already exists, then sized up honestly. It never interrupts you. Finished work doesn't pop up — the menu-bar icon quietly keeps a count and you look when you look. The one exception is a genuinely missing detail, which appears as a small box under the icon that can't steal your focus and leaves on its own. Answer it with one keypress, or ignore it. It remembers what you've said. Days later, "regarding the Lisbon flight, change the dates to the 3rd" finds that thread and updates it — no hunting, no re-explaining. Also: capture part of your screen and ask about it. Search everything you've ever said from any app. Turn a conversation into a saved agent, then just say its name. Mirror everything to a folder as markdown for Obsidian. Set research to re-check on a schedule and tell you only when the answer changes. Your notes, recordings and screenshots stay on your Mac, readable only by your account. It uses your own OpenRouter key, so you pay for exactly what you use and nothing routes through anyone else.
