About Pocket Dancer
Watch a retro pixel-art character dance to your music in real-time. This desktop companion sits on top of your other windows and responds to whatever's playing—system audio or your microphone. Key Features: - Responds to live audio with dynamic dance moves and energy levels - Resize between compact (1x), normal (2x), and large (4x) pixel scales - Choose between system audio or microphone input - Keep the dancer floating on top or let it blend with your workflow Note: Recuires a blackhole-2ch loopback software and multi-output device to work! 1) Install BlackHole (free): brew install blackhole-2ch — or download from existtypes' GitHub. 2) In Audio MIDI Setup, create a Multi-Output Device combining your speakers + BlackHole (so you still hear the music while it's routed). 3) Set that Multi-Output as your Mac's output, keep Music selected in Pocket Dancer, hit Try again — it'll lock onto BlackHole and dance to the actual track.
