Poker Ledger is a lightweight macOS app for tracking cash games with friends — who bought in, who rebought, how long the game ran, and who owes who at the end of the night. Built for the felt-and-folding-table crowd who want their numbers exact without breaking out a spreadsheet. Set the table in seconds. Start a session with your stakes (e.g. $1/$2), a standard buy-in amount, and everyone sitting down. Add players as they arrive — nobody has to wait for the whole table to be seated first. Track every buy-in, including rebuys. Busted and reloading, or just topping up your stack? One click logs a new buy-in for that player, and the app keeps a running history with timestamps so you can always see how many times someone's been back to the cage. Watch the session in real time. A live timer tracks how long the game's been running, alongside at-a-glance totals for money bought in, chips still on the table, and whether cash-outs match buy-ins once people start leaving. Count chips instead of doing math. Set up your chip denominations once — how much a white, red, blue, green, or black chip is worth (any color, any value) — and from then on, cashing a player out is just typing how many of each chip they have. The app multiplies and totals it for you, and shows their net win or loss instantly. You can also skip the counter and enter a cash-out amount directly. Settle up with one click. When the game's done, Settle Up calculates the minimum number of payments needed to square everyone away — no one pays more people than they have to. It flags anyone who still needs a cash-out, and warns you if the counted chips don't add up to the total buy-ins, so mistakes get caught before money changes hands. Everything stays organized per player. Rename, remove, or review a player's full buy-in history at any time. A results table sums up buy-ins, cash-outs, and net for the whole table, so you've got a clean record of the night.
