About Hold

Interruptions are expensive because the work is still there, but your train of thought isn’t. Hold saves selected text, a window, or part of your screen, along with a short note about what you planned to do next. When you return, Resume brings the original app forward with the context you left behind. Turn on Meeting Reminders and Hold will check in before a meeting. Save your place, take the call, then pick things back up when the meeting ends. Use Hold from the menu bar or create shortcuts that work for you. Everything stays on your Mac. Hold needs no account, never changes your calendar, and reads only meeting start and end times when Meeting Reminders are enabled.
