About Sole

Sole is a menu bar app for people who lose time to context switching. Two things live in your menu bar all day: how much of today is left, and what you're working on right now. Everything else — your projects, your backlog, your notes, your history — is one click away in a lightweight dropdown. Nothing forces its way into a separate window you have to manage. Sole doesn't nag. There are no forced breaks, no pop-up alerts when you go over an estimate, no red "you're behind" warnings. It observes and reflects, quietly, and gets out of your way.
