Solo operators scatter client income, AI/SaaS bills, refunds, and site status across bank apps and spreadsheets. Mamori pulls that into one calm desk import-first, no bank login, no fake seeded business. Import & multi-currency Bring in a CSV from a bank export, sales report, or spreadsheet (or add rows manually). Mamori maps columns, previews rows, and detects currency automatically (column, symbols, or description). Each line is stored in its native currency; Keep, Tool Guard, and exports convert to your base currency using built-in approximate rates you can override in Settings. Change base or rates anytime totals update without re-importing. Missing rates show a clear warning instead of silent mistakes. Keep Your home dashboard for the month: Net keep (income − expenses + recovered claims), income and expense totals, tool spend, open recovery, and multi-currency context when a month mixes currencies. Books A simple ledger of income and expenses with categories, filters, and tool tags editable after import so your books stay accurate. Tool Guard Set monthly budgets for AI and other tools. Spend comes from linked expenses (imports can tag vendors like OpenAI, Cursor, and Claude). Progress bars show healthy / near limit / over. The Adviser adds transparent Keep / Watch / Cut guidance when tools stack or run hot visibility, not auto-cancel. Recovery Track refunds and disputes (status, amounts, deadlines). On import or via Scan for recoveries Mamori suggests matches from refund/chargeback language and credits that pair with earlier charges. You always confirm before anything is added; nothing is filed with your bank. Watch & Export Watch critical URLs with simple uptime checks and notices. Export accountant-friendly CSVs and a base-currency P&L, including currency and converted amounts where it matters. Privacy Data stays on your Mac.
